1 Hello, I have a door that is 16 years old and having a hard time with the cable that controls the automatic locks. Almost every time I use it the cable gets messed up and the locks don't work correctly. I have followed the instructions as best I can to adjust it but nothing works. Is there a modification to change that cable to a lift strap and if so how much does it cost? If not, is there a certified company ( I'm near Salem Oregon) who can fix it? Other than that, the door is great. Size is 46 X 13. Please mail me back. Thank you, Keith
